Only individuals aged 18 and above are eligible to register and use the raa8 platform. Completing registration automatically confirms that you meet the required age criteria.
Each member is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. raa8 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all your personal data and transactions.
All deposits and withdrawals are subject to stated minimum and maximum limits. Withdrawals are processed within the specified timeframe once KYC verification has been successfully completed.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering (rollover) requirements. Abuse of the bonus system or attempts to circumvent these requirements will result in the cancellation of the bonus.
Any attempt to manipulate the system, use automated software (bots), or engage in fraudulent activity will result in permanent account closure without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is deemed to have been carried out by you. KYC verification — identity confirmation — is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, proof of current address, and bank account details. This process is typically completed within 24 business hours.

Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes after successful payment verification. Withdrawals are processed within 1–5 minutes once the request has been approved by our finance team, subject to the limits and processing schedule of the respective bank.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 and the minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. The daily maximum withdrawal limit is subject to your account level. No hidden fees or processing charges are applied to standard deposits and withdrawals.
Raa8 complies with strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same member's name. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed and may result in your account being suspended for investigation purposes.
Funds held in your account belong to you entirely and may be withdrawn at any time, provided all wagering obligations have been fulfilled and no fraud investigation is ongoing. raa8 does not use member funds for company operations — all member funds are held separately.
Raa8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward new and loyal members. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering (rollover) requirements as stated in the relevant promotion terms.
Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or using betting strategies designed to fulfill rollover requirements without genuine risk — will be treated as bonus fraud and may result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.
Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until rollover requirements are fully met. However, winnings derived from bonus play that has satisfied the rollover requirements may be withdrawn without restriction. Each bonus carries a different expiry period — bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.
All games offered on the raa8 platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently audited by a qualified third-party body. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party — including raa8 itself.

Raa8 reserves the right to void any game round or transaction suspected of occurring outside normal parameters due to a technical bug, system failure, or manipulation attempt. raa8's decision in such matters is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the raa8 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:
Raa8 cooperates with relevant authorities in investigations into fraud and money laundering. Account information of members involved in illegal activities may be disclosed to authorities without prior notice to the member concerned.
Raa8 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
Members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the raa8 support team. Prior to closure, all valid account balances (excluding bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.
For responsible gaming purposes, members may also apply for Self-Exclusion (Self-Exclusion) — an option to temporarily or permanently restrict your access to the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected minimum period.
All content on the raa8 platform — including designs, logos, graphics, text, software, user interfaces, and brand names — is the exclusive property of raa8 or its respective licensors and is protected by Malaysian copyright law and applicable international laws.

Granting access to the raa8 platform does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights to members. All rights not expressly granted in this document are reserved by raa8.
Raa8 provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, raa8 does not guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors, server outages, or issues beyond our control.
Under no circumstances shall raa8's total liability to any member exceed the amount of the most recent deposit made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim, or RM 500 — whichever is lower. This limit applies to all types of claims including contract, tort, or statutory claims.
Raa8 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by members arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of expected winnings, business disruption, or data loss.
Raa8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we are committed to informing members of material changes through:
Continued use of the raa8 platform after amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all remaining funds before the new terms come into effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or the use of the raa8 platform shall be resolved through the following process:
